Riley's Pub opened in 2000 and has two locations in Southern Ontario (Peterborough and Oshawa) and has been regarded as one of the top dining choices in both cities year after year. Jim Kakouros was the original owner and driving force behind Riley's. Through his hard work, passion, and commitment to hospitality, he built more than just a business—he created a place where friends gathered, families celebrated, and lasting memories were made.
Known for his welcoming nature, generosity, and dedication to the community, Jim touched the lives of countless staff, customers, and friends throughout the years. His vision and spirit helped shape Riley's into the establishment it is today.
Jim's legacy lives on in the community he helped build and in the many people whose lives he positively influenced. He will always be remembered as an important part of the Riley's story.
